Samuel Hendler is a managing director in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group at Harris Williams and leads the firm's Healthcare IT (HCIT) practice. Hendler has extensive experience advising both public and private technology companies on M&A transactions, private placements, and corporate divestitures with a focus on SaaS software and technology-enabled services businesses. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he worked asanassociate with Quellos Private Capital Markets and as a mergers and acquisitions analyst with Broadview International. Hendler earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and anAB, magna cum laude, from Princeton University. Hendler lives in the Boston area with his wife and two daughters.
