Steve Baker is vice president of the Great Game of Business, a division of SRC Holdings Corporation. He co-authored the No. 1 bestseller The Great Game of Business— 20th Anniversary Edition. Baker spent two decades working for privately held companies, struggling to help owners reach their goals without access to key business metrics. Learning the Great Game of Business at SRC was transformational to his life both at work and at home. He serves on the board of the National Center for Employee Ownership, the ESOP Association Culture Committee, and the Steering Committee for SRC’s Ownership Culture Initiative. Baker is a career marketing and branding professional and an award-winning designer. He lives in Springfield, Missouri, with his wife, JoAnn, and his three children.
